Work & History

Mr. Brock is a former United States Marine who worked as a motor transport officer and as a legal officer. He has driven trucks, owned trucks, fixed trucks, investigated truck crashes, and represented people injured by truckers. He has extensive experience representing truckers injured on the job. This unique experience positions him to know the demands of a trucking accident lawsuit from all angles and provides him with genuine understanding for the plight of victims injured at work or in other accidents.

Mr. Brock has also lectured at business seminars and trade association meetings and welcomes the chance to work with attorneys in other jurisdictions who require help with claims that originate or can be litigated in Nebraska.

He is an avid motorcyclist. He is a former marathon runner. He has been involved in trucking in one form or another since he was a child.
